You must notify pk668 promptly of any material changes to your registration details. pk668 reserves the right to verify all registration information against official identity documents including your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) at any stage of the account relationship.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk668 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process involves submitting a clear copy of your valid CNIC and a recent selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until the process is satisfactorily completed. KYC information is processed in accordance with the pk668 Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk668 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances, including persons claiming to represent pk668 support. Legitimate pk668 staff will never request your password.

You agree to notify pk668 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pk668 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or to notify pk668 promptly following discovery of a security breach.

Any activity conducted through your pk668 account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to pk668 support prior to the relevant transactions occurring. You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

pk668 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL online transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, as well as Visa/Mastercard, UnionPay, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. pk668 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits submitted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are credited to your account at par with no conversion markup. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. pk668 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. You may not use the pk668 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. The use of the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, retention of funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome as determined by pk668's official data provider shall be final.

Casino and live dealer games offered on pk668 are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. • Using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access pk668's proprietary software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or acting abusively toward pk668 staff or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk668 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk668 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pk668 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for periods of downtime, maintenance, or technical failure beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk668's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk668 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that the account is being used for prohibited purposes. In such cases, pk668 may retain account balances pending investigation and may decline to refund any amounts where prohibited conduct is established.

You may close your pk668 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

pk668 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on pk668.app with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the pk668 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

For material changes, pk668 may also notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. However, it remains each player's responsibility to check the current Terms before each session.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and principles of general contract law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of pk668 shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by pk668's licensing authority as applicable. In all cases, the language of proceedings shall be English.

You agree to first contact pk668 support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally before commencing formal proceedings. pk668 will endeavour to acknowledge formal dispute notifications within five business days and to provide a full response within thirty calendar days of receipt.
